Use of the Forest Track software platform itself is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement between Forestry Technologies and the customer organization, not by these Terms.

You may use this Website to learn about Forest Track, request demos or information, view pricing, and contact us about our products and services. You agree to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Use the Website to violate any law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
Use any automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Website content without our written permission
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Website

The terms of any actual purchase are governed by the Master Services Agreement and Order Form executed between Forestry Technologies and the customer.

5. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

This limitation does not apply to the Forest Track software product itself, which is governed by separate liability terms in the Master Services Agreement.
