One subscription. One price. Everything in.
Web admin portal, manager app, and operator app — all included. No per-app charges. No upgrade tiers. No surprise fees.
Aligned to the calendar year
Annual subscriptions run January 1 – December 31. Most forestry operations find this aligns naturally with their fiscal year and simplifies year-end tax planning. Mid-year signups are prorated by month from your start date through December 31.

Why this isn't $13K–$20K.
Most forestry operations today piece together their workflow from generic ag software, GIS mapping subscriptions, field tracking tools, and spreadsheets. The result is often $13,000–$20,000+ per year across multiple subscriptions, plus the time cost of working in five different systems.
Comparable forestry-tracking solutions paired with separate GIS software typically run $13,000 – $20,000 annually for a 5-device operation — driven by per-user licensing fees, separate GIS subscriptions, and storage credit purchases that scale with your tract count.
Hardware-integrated ag systems are a different category — they include physical spray equipment but require equipment-specific installation, technician visits to move between machines, and replacement on equipment refresh cycles. They also weren't built for forestry-specific work.
Forest Track focuses on the software and tracking layer, runs on tablets that move freely between operators and equipment, and never needs hardware refresh. It replaces the entire software stack — GIS mapping, field tracking, reporting, and operator management — in a single forestry-specific platform. For a typical 5-device operation, that's $8,500/year ongoing.
The fine print, in plain English.
