Three apps. One platform. Real coverage.
We're recording the walkthrough videos during the 2026 spray season. In the meantime, you can browse what each component does — or skip the videos and book a screen-share walkthrough.
What you'll see in each app.

Office portal
Manager's view of the whole operation. Live tracking across active crews, daily progress dashboards, customer and tract management, and the reporting tools your office admin runs from each week.

Field manager app
The same live operations view as the office portal, in your hand. For managers checking in on multiple crews, planning routes mid-day, and answering "where's the crew?" calls without calling the crew.

Operator app
The simple in-cab interface. Pick tract, pick equipment, hit Start. Designed for tablets (or a phone if that's what you've got), designed to stay out of the way of the actual work. Most operators learn it in five minutes.
Two ways to evaluate Forest Track.
Most prospects start with a screen-share demo. Serious prospects run a real job through a trial account. Either way, you don't have to commit until you've seen Forest Track on your own workflow.
Schedule a screen-share demo
30-minute remote call. We share screens, walk through your real workflow, answer questions. Quickest way to evaluate fit.
Trial run on a real tract
For serious prospects who want to see the operator app in action with their own crew. We set up your account on a single tract and you run a real job through it — at your own pace.
What people ask before signing up.
- Can I try Forest Track on my own tract before signing?
- Yes. We can set up a trial run on a single real tract so you and your crew can see the operator app in action with your own data. Reach out via the contact form to talk through what that looks like for your operation.
- What devices does it run on?
- Tablets and phones — both Android and iOS. The operator app is typically run on a tablet mounted in the cab, but works on phones too. The field manager app runs on tablet or phone, depending on what the manager prefers. The office portal runs in any modern web browser.
- How long does setup take?
- Onboarding includes account setup, data import help, and up to four hours of training. Most operations are running real jobs within a week of signing. Operators learn the app in roughly five minutes — there's not much to learn.
- Do my operators need cell signal in the woods?
- Operators can record work offline; the app caches activity and syncs when signal returns. You don't lose data when crews are out of range. Live tracking depends on signal — when there's no signal, the office sees the last known status until the operator reconnects.
- Can I import my existing tract boundaries?
- Yes. Onboarding includes data import assistance — bring your existing tract data in whatever format you have it (KML, shapefile, CSV with coordinates, etc.) and we'll get it into Forest Track so you don't start from scratch.
- What if my operation does something other than spray, plant, mow, thin, or build roads?
- Forest Track is built around the idea that "anything you track on a tract" is something the system can handle. If your operation has a unique workflow, talk to us — we'll walk through it together and tell you straight whether it's a fit.

We'll set up a screen-share walkthrough — usually within a few business days.
